The Second City Deed is a requirement to build a Second City in the player's Kingdom. The Second City Deed can be purchased individually in the Items Store for 225 gems, part of the 2nd City Deed Package chest for 425 gems, or won from Merlin's Gift (Chance). It can also be attained by attacking level 6-10 Pict Camps and earning 100 Second City Crests.
